The Madrid 2025 International Summit on Elite Sports Medicine brought together medical directors from the world’s most storied sports organisations for two days of intensive knowledge exchange at the iconic IE Tower. Practical strategies in regenerative medicine, emergency pitch-side care, nutrition science, sleep optimization, and data-driven methodologies were explored through high-level presentations and case discussions.
